Questions & Answers

How long does delivery take?

Prints, framed prints, totes and mugs are made to order. Production takes 2–4 working days, then UK delivery is typically 2–3 working days (so roughly a week door-to-door). EU and international orders take a little longer; tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Where are prints made?

In professional print rooms in the UK and EU, on heavyweight matte fine-art paper. Orders ship from the facility nearest you, which keeps delivery quick and avoids customs charges for UK and EU customers.

How do digital downloads work?

Instantly. After checkout you'll receive an email with your download links — each design includes five print ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, ISO/A-series and 11×14) at 300 DPI, plus a one-page printing guide. Print at home, at any high-street printer, or through an online print service.

What can I do with a digital download?

Print it for your own home, or as a gift, as many times as you like. The files remain ours: they can't be resold, redistributed, shared or used commercially. (Licence details are in our Terms of Service.)

What are the frames like?

Thin-profile wood in black or walnut, glazed, with hanging fixtures fitted. Framed prints arrive ready to hang.

Can I return something?

Physical items: yes — you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and 30 days if anything arrives damaged or faulty (we'll replace or refund, and we'll ask for a photo rather than the item back). Digital downloads can't be returned once delivered — see the Refund Policy for the details.

Do the prints look like the photos?

The listing images are true mockups of the artwork files. One honest note: dark designs (the Nocturne series) print a touch deeper than a backlit screen shows them — they're calibrated for print, and that's how they're meant to be seen.

Are your designs made with AI?

Partly, and we're straightforward about it. Plates are designed in-studio using AI-assisted tools, then curated, hand-finished and typeset in the tradition of the antique originals. What you're paying for is the editing — most of what we make never survives it.
