Terms of service

1. The shop

Hawthorn & Ink is a United Kingdom-based print studio. Contact: hello@hawthornandink.com. These terms apply to all orders placed through hawthornandink.com and are governed by the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Physical items are made to order by our professional print partners in the UK and EU; a contract is formed when we email confirmation of dispatch. We may decline or refund an order at our discretion before dispatch.

3. Digital licence

Digital downloads are sold under a personal-use licence: you may print and display the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, including gifts. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, mint, use for print-on-demand services, or otherwise commercially exploit the files or prints of them. All intellectual property remains with Hawthorn & Ink.

4. Artwork

Designs are original works created in-studio with the assistance of AI tools and finished by hand. Product images are digital mockups; minor variation between screen and print — particularly in dark-toned designs — is normal and not a defect.

5. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery estimates and the returns process are set out in our Delivery Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
