Refund policy
Changing your mind (physical items)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order for prints, framed prints, totes or mugs up to 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. Email us at hello@hawthornandink.com within that window; you then have a further 14 days to return the item. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. Return postage is at your cost. We refund the item price plus standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the return.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, contact us within 30 days with a photograph of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer — no need to post anything back.
Digital downloads
By purchasing a digital product you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right once the download is delivered, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a file is defective or won't download, contact us and we will fix it or refund you — your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of faulty digital content are unaffected.
